Abstract
Statistics are presented on the geographic distributions of arson, narcotics cases, and other specific crimes. Profiles of prominent members of organized crime families and narrative descriptions of several gangland assassinations are presented. Recommendations include consolidating local law enforcement agencies and considering organized crime figures', long involvement in criminal activities at their sentencing. Figures, photographs, and biographies of crime commission members are included.
