Abstract
THE STATE TASK FORCE ON THE STUDY OF SERVICES TO DELINQUENT, DEPENDENT AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN CONDUCTED ITS STUDY DURING 1973 AND 1974. COMPREHENSIVE LEGISLATION (REPRODUCED IN FULL) IS PROPOSED WHICH WOULD ESTABLISH A DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH SERVICES TO ASSUME PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY FOR COORDINATING ALL PROGRAMS FOR TROUBLED YOUTH.
