THESE PARAMETERS ARE DISCUSSED WHILE DESCRIBING THE OBJECTIVES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE PROGRAM. THEREFORE, THE PAPER BEGINS BY BRIEFLY DESCRIBING THE RESULTS OF THE INFORMATION SURVEY AND THE AGGREGATION AND SUBSUMMATION OF THE STIMULI SPECTRA. EACH TEST IN THE STANDARDS IS DESCRIBED IN TERMS OF ITS PURPOSE AND BASIC SPECIFICATIONS. THE PAPER IS CONCLUDED BY SUMMARIZING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DETECTOR'S SUBJECTED TO THE TESTS.
