Abstract
THE FIVE AREAS WHICH ARE EVALUATED THROUGH COURT EXECUTIVE'S PERCEPTIONS ARE LEGALISTIC, CLIENT SERVICES, CLIENT FLOW, PROCEDURE MANUALS, AND DATA COLLECTION. PERCENTAGE RESPONSES BY THE 20 INTERVIEWEES TO THE 29 QUESTION QUESTIONNAIRE ARE PRESENTED. A LITERATURE REVIEW FORMS THE BASIS OF A SECTION ON RESEARCH AND PLANNING PROCESS AND ORGANIZATION.
