This article focuses upon the need for Hungarian emergency response police squads to undergo strenuous physical and psychological training.
Abstract
Systematic and purposeful physical exercise improves an individual's strength and helps in terms of stress management and psychological training. Members of emergency response police squads require high-level physical training. This article analyzes the physiological effects of stress, and suggests ways in which stress can be reduced through enhanced physical training. 6 notes
