Abstract

OTHER TOPICS CONSIDERED ARE WARNING SHOTS AND SHOOTING AT OR FROM MOVING VEHICLES, THE USE OF ORDINARY FORCE, THE MORAL IMPLICATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES OF A DECISION TO USE DEADLY FORCE, AND THE CIVIC OR CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY OF UNJUSTIFIABLE OR RECKLESS USE OF FORCE.
