THE FINAL PART, ON PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION, DETAILS PROCEDURES FOR THE FIRST OFFICER TO ARRIVE AT THE SCENE, PROTECTING THE CRIME SCENE, AND AUTO THEFT INVESTIGATION.
