Abstract
THE AUTHOR CONCLUDES THAT POLICIES FOR REDUCTION OF POPULATION GROWTH WILL ALSO REDUCE CITY SIZE, RESIDENTIAL MOBILITY, NUMBERS OF UNWANTED CHILDREN AND FAMILY SIZE, ALL OF WHICH BEAR STRONG RELATIONSHIP TO CRIMINALITY. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED)
