Abstract
THIS ARTICLE REVIEWS THE PROVISIONS OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL CONVENTION, CONCENTRATING ON THE PROVISIONS AGREEDED TO IN 1974 COVERING THE NATURE OF MATERIALS WHICH CAN BE SHIPPED THROUGH POSTAL SERVICES.
