Abstract
THE AUTHORS BEGIN WITH A LIST OF TERMINOLOGY DEFINITIONS CONCERNING LUMINESCENCE. SPECIFIC DESCRIPTIONS OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS USED IN INFRARED LUMINESCENCE WORK COVER LIGHT SOURCES, FILTERS, DETECTION DEVICES, CAMERAS, LENSES, FILMS, AND PHOTOGRAPHIC PROCESSING. APPLICATION OF INFRARED LUMINESCENCE TO THE SOLUTION OF DOCUMENT PROBLEMS IS DISCUSSED.
