AMONG THE SPECIFIC TOPICS COVERED IN THIS SECTION ARE THE PSYCHOLOGY OF A JURY TRIAL, THE IMPORTANCE OF THE VOIR DIRE, HINTS FOR DEFENDANT'S LAWYERS, AND THE CLOSING ARGUMENT.
