Abstract
THE FOLLOWING ALTERNATIVES TO TRADITIONAL BAIL PRACTICES ARE DISCUSSED: RELEASE ON RECOGNIZANCE, PRETRIAL DIVERSION, AND EXPEDITING CRIMINAL CASE DISPOSITION.
