Abstract
FOLLOWING THE IMPLICATIONS OF PREVIOUS STUDIES BY SKOLNICK AND GLASER, PRISONER PERCEPTIONS OF PAROLE ARE STUDIED FROM THE PERSPECTIVE THAT POSSIBLE LINKS MAY OF PAROLE, THE PROCESS, AND RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR EXPECTATIONS OF INFLUENCED INMATES AND PAROLE OUTCOME. INMATE BELIEFS AND ATTITUDES ARE SURVEYED REGARDING TYPES OF PAROLE, AND THE PROCESS, RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING PAROLE.
