Abstract
This document is the second volume of the proceedings of the Community Epidemiology Work Group Conference held on December 8-9, 1982. This volume contains detailed reports on drug abuse trends in 18 major metropolitan areas in the United States. Volume 1 of these proceedings contains an executive summary of 19 papers from the conference and a report from the Addiction Research Foundation in Canada. The 18 metropolitan areas covered in this report include Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Hennepin County, MN; Detroit/Wayne County, MI; Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles County, CA; San Diego County, CA; King County, WA; the San Francisco Bay area, CA; Miami/Dade County, FL; Buffalo, NY; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Newark NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; New Orleans, LA; and Colorado.
