Abstract
THE AUTHOR HAS COMPILED A LIST OF SIX GENERIC QUESTIONS WHICH HE HAS FOUND IN HIS OWN TRIAL EXPERIENCES TO FORM THE BASIS OF ALL TESTIMONY. THESE QUESTIONS INVOLVE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE WITNESS' PERCEPTIONS, ACTIONS, KNOWLEDGE, RECOLLECTIONS, STATE OF MIND, AND OPINIONS. SPECIFIC PRACTICAL ILLUSTRATIONS OBSERVED BY THE AUTHOR ARE PROVIDED FOR EVERY POINT RAISED IN THE TEXT.
