Abstract
AS THIS AREA OF LAW IS INTENDED TO PREVENT RECIDIVISM INSTEAD OF CONTROLLING CRIME, EMPHASIS IS ON WORK AND OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING, SOCIAL ASSISTANCE, AND THERAPY.
