Abstract
MODIFICATIONS IN EXISTING RULES ARE SUGGESTED IN THE AREAS OF THE GRAND JURY, PLEAS, TRIAL BY JURY OR THE COURT, TRIAL JURORS, CORRECTION OR REDUCTION OF SENTENCE, REMOVAL FROM STATE COURT, SEARCH AND SEIZURE (OBTAINING WARRANTS), AND THE PRESENCE OF THE DEFENDANT AT TRIAL. NEW SECTIONS ARE PROPOSED, SPELLING OUT THE PROCEDURES FOR STATE PRISONER HABEUS CORPUS AND THE EQUIVALENT REMEDY-SECTION 2255-FOR FEDERAL PRISONERS.
