VOLUME TWO INCLUDES ESSAYS ON THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR AT PRELIMINARY PROCEEDINGS, SUCH AS PLEA NEGOTIATIONS AND BAIL HEARING. ANOTHER SECTION EXPLORES THE TRIAL TECHNIQUES OF OPENING REMARKS, CROSSEXAMINATION, AND MEETING VARIOUS DEFENSES. THE APPELLATE REVIEW PROCESS IS CONSIDERED AND VARIOUS SPECIAL PROSECUTORIAL PROBLEMS, SUCH AS JUVENILE HEARINGS AND CIVIL DISORDERS, ARE EXAMINED.
