THE AUTHOR NOTES THAT CASE LAW IN THIS AREA IS SCARCE, BUT THAT SOME PROBLEMS CAN BE ANTICIPATED. THE UNDERLYING THEME OF HIS PRESENTATION IS THAT EFFORTS SHOULD BE MADE TO FULLY INFORM THE POTENTIAL CLIENT OF THE ADVANTAGES AND THE RISKS AND THAT COUNSEL SHOULD BE PROVIDED AS NECESSARY.
