All relevant norms and standards applicable to criminal justice processes are systematically arranged by category. Categories include the prevention of discrimination, statelessness and refugees, principles of legality, right to life and freedom from cruel and unusual punishment, right to liberty and prisoner rights, right to a fair trial, administration of juvenile justice, criminal justice policy, codes of conduct, victim rights and remedies, complaints and reporting procedures, derogation, and international cooperation in penal matters.
