Abstract
THE PSE MEASURES THE STRESS IN THE HUMAN VOICE BY MEASURING MICRO-TREMORS. IT HAS BEEN TEST-PROVEN AS EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN THE POLYGRAPH IN ACCURACY, AND IS MORE EASILY ADMINISTERED THAN THE POLYGRAPH. IT IS MORE VERSATILE IN THAT IT CAN BE USED ON ANY SUBJECT SPEAKING IN ANY LANGUAGE.
