Abstract
IN ADDITION TO COVERING BASIC USE OF THE TELEPHONE, CITIZENS BAND RADIO, AND DEPARTMENTAL TWO-WAY RADIO TO RELAY MESSAGES, THIS MANUAL DETAILS RECORDKEEPING PROCEDURES ESSENTIAL TO ACCURATE TRANSMISSION OF CALLS. TECHNIQUES FOR HANDLING TELEPHONE CALLS ARE GIVEN. RADIOTELEPHONE VOICE TECHNIQUES ARE DISCUSSED, BOTH FOR THE BASE STATION AND FOR THE MOBILE STATIONS. RECORDKEEPING AND MESSAGE TRANSMITTING WITHOUT ERROR ARE EMPHASIZED.
