Abstract
THE SEMINAR BROUGHT TOGETHER POLICE OFFICERS, LAWYERS, PSYCHIATRISTS, EDUCATORS, AND OTHERS TO DISCUSS THE NATURE OF FIRST-DEGREE (FORCIBLE) RAPE AND TO CONSIDER WAYS OF COMBATING THE RAPE PROBLEM IN NEW YORK.
