Abstract
THE STUDIES EXPLORE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL FACTORS INVOLVED IN ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR. CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AS A MEANS OF RESOLVING SEVERE EMOTIONAL CONFLICTS IS TREATED. THE EFFECT OF EXPOSURE TO PORNOGRAPHY ON SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN DEVIANT AND NORMAL GROUPS IS EXPLORED. THE SOCIAL MILIEUS THAT FORGE AND PRECIPITATE HOMICIDAL AGGRESSION ARE ANALYZED. THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND NEEDS OF CONVICTED RAPISTS ARE EXAMINED. TECHNIQUES FOR DEALING WITH MOBS THROUGH WIT AND HUMOR ARE DESCRIBED. SOCIAL NEEDS THAT ARE MET BY THE SERVICES OF ORGANIZED CRIME ARE DELINEATED WITH A DISCUSSION OF THE PROS AND CONS OF DECRIMINALIZING THESE NEEDS. THE DYNAMICS AND CHARACTERTISTICS OF VARIOUS REHABILITATIVE TECHNIQUES EMPLOYING PRINCIPLES OF THE BEHVAIORAL SCIENCES ARE CONSIDERED.
