Abstract
THE SESSIONS WERE AN ATTEMPT TO USE THE BRAINSTORMING TECHNIQUE TO ELICIT NEW SOLUTIONS TO EVERYDAY PROBLEMS FACED BY THE RANK-AND-FILE MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. THIS REPORT DESCRIBES THE TRAINING METHODOLOGY WHICH WAS FOLLOWED AND THE SUGGESTIONS OFFERED BY THE OFFICERS. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
