Abstract
THE SOVIET CONTRIBUTORS TO THIS VOLUME STRESS HISTORICAL, IDEOLOGICAL, AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONCEPTS IN THEIR ANALYSIS OF CRIME PHENOMENA.
