Abstract
THIS PUBLICATION ENCOMPASSES DECISIONS FROM STATE SUPREME COURTS, FEDERAL DISTRICT AND CIRCUIT COURTS, AND THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT. IT IS INTENDED AS A PRACTICAL GUIDE FOR EVALUATING CORRECTIONAL POLICIES AND PRACTICES AND AS AN AID TO THOSE RESEARCHING CORRECTIONAL CASE LAW.
