Abstract
THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES THE FIRST TYPE, IMMATURE CONFORMISTS, AS YOUNGSTERS WHO SEE THEMSELVES AS INFERIOR TO OTHERS THEIR AGE. THE SECOND TYPE, UNSOCIALIZED OR LOW MATURITY YOUTHS, IS THE MOST IMMATURE OF ALL YOUTH AT THE PROJECT. THE ANXIOUS NEUROTIC YOUTH IS GUILT-RIDDEN, ANXIETY-FILLED, AND IN CONFLICT AS TO 'WHO HE IS'. THE FOURTH TYPE, ACTING-OUT NEUROTICS, HAS INTERNAL CONFLICTS BUT IS LESS AWARE OF THE DETAILS OF HIS FEELINGS. THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES ASSETS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO WOULD HAVE THE MOST SUCCESS WORKING WITH EACH TYPE OF YOUTH.
