THIS VOLUME DISCUSSES THE PROVINCIAL COURTS (CRIMINAL DIVISION), INCLUDING THE DAY TO DAY CASE ADMINISTRATION AT THE LOCAL LEVEL IN ONTARIO GENERALLY (AND PARTICULARLY IN METROPOLITAN TORONTO) AND THE DISPOSITION OF PROVINCIAL OFFENSES.
