This report lists and describes several dozen correctional management and inmate reports used by the California Department of Corrections.
Abstract
Management reports include the warden's morning report, the deputy warden's morning report, summary data for all institutions, and nine reports used by institution counselors and issued monthly. The inmate reports include lists of inmates by cell and in other sequences, empty beds, daily movement, committee hearings, inmate job assignments, inmate training assignments, vacant job positions, and clearance dates. Other reports cover debits and credits in various fund accounts, transactions posted to accounts during selected time periods, accounts with negative balances, check registers, and related reports.
