Abstract
THE PROPER CIRCUMSTANCES FOR UTILIZING EXPERT TESTIMONY ARE DISCUSSED WITH REFERENCES TO HUNGARIAN RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND HUNGARIAN LITERATURE ON THE SUBJECT. ALSO DISCUSSED ARE CONDITIONAL EXPERT OPINION, CRITERIA FOR ESTABLISHING THE EXPERTISE OF THE WITNESS, THEORETICAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE ADMISSIBILITY OF EXPERT TESTIMONY, AND PROCEDURAL RULES CONCERNING THE COLLABORATION OR UTILIZATION OF MORE THAN ONE EXPERT.
