Abstract
AFTER DISCUSSING THE SCOPE OF THE DRUG ABUSE PROBLEM, THE DOCUMENT COVERS PUBLIC ATTITUDES TOWARD DRUG USE, MOTIVES FOR USE AND NON-USE, AND USERS' PERCEPTIONS OF DRUG USE BY OTHERS. ONE CHAPTER FOCUSES ON THE PERCEPTIONS OF STUDENTS AND PARENTS REGARDING CURRENT OR POSSIBLE APPROACHES TO CURBING DRUG USE. PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILES OF MARIJUANA USERS ARE STATISTICALLY OUTLINED.
