AN ANALYSIS, WHICH MAINTAINS PLANNED CLIMATIZING, INCITEMENT, AND STAGING OF CIVIL DISORDERS, TOGETHER WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR ASSURING ORDERED AND NONVIOLENT SOCIOECONOMIC CHANGE.
Abstract
THE AUTHOR MAINTAINS THAT IN THE MIDST OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISCRIMINATION AND INJUSTICE, THERE ARE ORGANIZED GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO MAGNIFY AND FOCUS UPON THESE ISSUES WITH THE INTENTION OF INCITING VIOLENCE, THE BREAKDOWN OF SOCIAL ORDER, AND GOVERNMENT CONTROL. THE METHODS EMPLOYED BY THESE PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS ARE DESCRIBED WITH ATTENTION TO CASE STUDIES. SOME OF THE PROPOSALS FOR COUNTERING VIOLENCE AND SOCIAL DISRUPTION ARE AS FOLLOWS - 1) EMPLOY SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ACTION AGAINST CAUSES OF DISCONTENT, 2) USE PHILOSOPHICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ACTION AGAINST SUBVERSIVE IDEOLOGIES, 3) APPLY POLICE ACTION WITH SUFFICIENT FORCE TO HALT VIOLENCE, 4) ESTABLISH ORGANIZATIONS TO COUNTER AND PREEMPT THE WORK OF SUBVERSIVES. METHODS FOR IMPLEMENTING THESE PROPOSALS ARE DISCUSSED.
