Abstract
COMPENSATORY EDUCATION PROGRAMS SHOULD BE PROVIDED AT ALL LEVELS TO HELP OVERCOME PARTICULAR DEFICIENCIES AND PROBLEMS. SPECIFIC ELEMENTS FOR SUCH PROGRAMS ARE RECOMMENDED. REFERENCES ARE CITED FROM LITERATURE ON PSYCHOLOGY AND EDUCATION.
