Abstract
THE AUTHOR'S NEWSPAPER INVESTIGATIONS OF NEW YORK'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM REVEALED POLICE SLEEPING ON DUTY, POOR PERFORMANCE OF JUDGES, AND POLICE BRIBERY. THESE EXAMPLES ARE DISCUSSED AS SUPPORT TO THE VIEWPOINT THAT THE MEDIA IS INFLUENTIAL IN CONTROLLING GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION....TWH
