Abstract
PREPARED FOR THE OFFICE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION, ESTABLISHED WITHIN LEAA, THIS DIRECTORY MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION ACT OF 1974 WHICH CALLS FOR ALTERNATIVES WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE JUVENILE SYSTEM FOR STATUS OFFENDERS, INCLUDING PROGRAMS WITH 24-HOUR INTAKE AND CRISIS HOME PROGRAMS. NAMES AND ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, AND NAMES OF CONTACTS ARE PROVIDED FOR EACH PROGRAM, LOCATED IN EACH STATE OF THE U.S., AND GUAM.
