RESULTING RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE IN THE AREAS OF COMMAND AND CONTROL OF PATROL OPERATIONS, EFFECTIVE REPORTING PROCEDURES, ANALYSIS OF DATA, DEPARTMENT POLICY STATEMENTS IN CERTAIN AREAS OF PATROL PROCEDURES, PATROL SUPERVISION, USE OF AVAILABLE MANPOWER, MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF NECESSARY PATROL CAR UNITS.
