Non-fatal crimes against students ages 12-18 that occurred on school property or on the way to or from school are reported for 2013. Data are reported for all such crimes and according to crime type (violent crime and theft offenses). Data are reported by percentages for physical fights anywhere, fights at school, students who carried a weapon anywhere in the last 30 days, threatened or injured, use or possession of illegal drugs, and bullying (including electronically). Campus crime is reported as a whole and by type of crime (property crime, violent crime, and arson). Data for property crime are distinguished as larceny-theft, burglaries, and motor-vehicle thefts. Violent crimes are distinguished as aggravated assault, rape, robbery, murder, and other/unknown"). Direct online access is provided to various data reports on school and campus crime.
