Abstract
THE MAJOR AREAS OF CONCERN UNDER DISCUSSION DURING THE CONFERENCE WERE AS FOLLOWS: SECURITY FOR THE ELDERLY, PROPER MIX OF FAMILIES, RESPONSIBILITY AND ALLOCATION OF SECURITY FUNDS FOR THE ELDERLY, TENANT PATROLS, EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE, AND THE NEED FOR RESIDENTIAL SECURITY LEADERSHIP BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
