THE REPORT ALSO DEFINES AND DESCRIBES ORGANIZED CRIME AND LISTS AND EXPLAINS THE VARIOUS TYPES OF ACTIVITIES. THE PROBLEMS OF FINDING INSTRUCTORS TO TEACH THE VARIOUS SUBJECT AREAS ARE CONSIDERED. TIME ALLOCATION, TEXTBOOK SELECTION, AND COURSE REQUIREMENTS ARE OTHER FACTORS INVOLVED IN INITIATING THIS SORT OF INSTRUCTION.
