WHILE NOT ABSOLUTELY AGAINST THE DECRIMINALIZATION OR LEGALIZATION OF MANY OF THE SO-CALLED 'VICTIMLESS CRIMES', THE AUTHOR POINTS OUT INCONSISTENCIES IN MANY OF THE ARGUMENTS FOR DECRIMINALIZATION.
