Abstract
The summaries are arranged by county; each summary includes project control information, grant decision and the reasons for it, a brief project description, target population, previous funding, objectives, project activities, and participating agencies, as well as funding information, budget, previous funding, and a budget narrative. The programs included here target juvenile sex offenders, delinquent and unruly juveniles, felony delinquents, and high-risk youth.
