AUTHOR DISCUSSES TO WHAT EFFECT SEX ACTS AS A VARIABLE ON THE PERPETRATION OF CRIME.
Abstract
THE AUTHOR BELIEVES THAT THE SEX VARIABLE IS A MAJOR FACTOR IN THE DETERMINATION OF CRIMINAL DEVIANCE, SERVING TO KEEP MEN IN CRIME AND WOMEN OUT OF IT. IN FACT, HE REASONS, THE LACK OF CRIMINAL THEORISTS TO TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AS A STARTING POINT HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE FAILURE OF DEVIANCE THEORIZING. QUESTIONS IN DEVIANCE THEORY INVOLVING CLASS AND CASTE WILL BE BEST ADDRESSED ONLY AFTER RECOGNITION IS MADE OF THE SEX VARIABLE....BS
