IN ADDITION, THE RELATION OF HOMOSEXUALITY TO RELIGION, EQUAL PROTECTION, AND CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT IS PRESENTED. APPENDED ARE EXAMPLES OF STATUTES PROSCRIBING SEXUAL MISCONDUCT FROM SELECTED STATES.
