Abstract
THE IMPROVED SKIN DECONTAMINANT FOR CS, CN, AND RELATED CHEMICALS CONSISTS OF FIVE PERCENT SODIUM BISULFITE BY WEIGHT DISSOLVED IN A MIXTURE OF FORTY-FIVE PERCENT ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, FORTY PERCENT WATER, AND TEN PERCENT GLYCERIN BY VOLUME. EXPERIMENTAL EVIDENCE PROVED IT HIGHLY EFFECTIVE IN OVERCOMING THE SKIN IRRITATING EFFECTS OF THE RIOT CONTROL AGENTS CS AND CN.
