THE SAME PRINICPLES ARE FOUND IN THE INCAN CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AS IN PRESENT-DAY PENAL CODES AND INSTITUTIONS. THE PAPER DEALS WITH THE CATALOGUE OF CRIMES AND PRESCRIBED REACTIONS IN THE AREAS OF LIFE, HEALTH, MORALITY, PROPERTY, AND AUTHORITY.
