The directory provides information on emergency assistance, social services, alcohol and drug treatment, mental health, and legal services and on law enforcement. Types of information include service availability, agency addresses, and telephone numbers. The quick reference chart identifies organizations, phone numbers, and costs and whether the organization has a shelter, support group, or advocacy. Victim assistance programs in South Dakota are listed, and the State's crime victims compensation program is described.
