Abstract
The evaluation covers program planning and objectives, department organization and function, performance standards, and monitoring performance through management reporting systems and oversight reviews. The interaction of police courts, public defenders, and prosecutors was evaluated through use of surveys, questionnaires, and observation. Tabular data, survey instruments, and letters from the Administrative Director of the Court System and the State Attorney General are appended.
