RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE AREA OF INITIAL CONTACT DEAL WITH POLICE CONTACT AND POLICE DIVERSION PROGRAMS. COURT INTAKE, DETENTION, AND ADJUDICATION ARE AMONG THE AREAS DISCUSSED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTACT. RECOMMENDED MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CHILDCARE PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES COVERS RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAMS, NONRESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAMS, FOSTER FAMILY HOMES, DETENTION FACILITIES, ATTENTION CARE FACILITIES, AND THE EVALUATION PLANNING CENTER.
