PROGRAM TRAINS LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE BACKGROUND OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS AND PRESENT DAY INTERPRETATIONS.
Abstract
THE RULES OF LAW CONCERNING THE FOURTH, FIFTH, AND SIXTH AMENDMENTS WERE PRESENTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. THE ASSESSMENT INDICATED THAT THIS PROJECT WAS EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL. THE MEMORANDA OF LAW ATTACHED ARE PART OF THOSE USED AS TRAINING AIDS, AND ARE MAILED TO ALL GRADUATES TO KEEP THEM ABREAST OF DECISIONS AND COURT PROCEDURES. THESE MEMORANDA ARE - MOTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS POLICE/PROSECUTOR COOPERATION, ON TRIAL PROOF, PROBABLE CAUSE, JUVENILE COURT, RIGHT TO QUESTION/CONFESSION/ RIGHT TO COUNSEL, METHOD OF ENTRY TO SERVE ARREST/SEARCH WARRANT, SEARCH AND SEIZURE, WHAT MAY BE SEIZED, USE OF EVIDENCE.
